Swing Shack Return Policy
At Swing Shack, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
Standard Return Policy:
- 30-Day Return Period: You can return most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
- Exclusions: Custom-fitted or personalised items are non-refundable, unless there’s a defect.
- Sale Items: Items marked as “Sale” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
- Contact us via email at info@swingshack.co.za or visit us in-store to initiate the return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.
